For organizations & leadership teams
Are you a leader who’s curious about 5GD?
I’m working with a small number of companies right now — not to deliver a program, but to explore together how 5 Great Decisions® might apply in a workplace setting.
I’m looking for two or three more companies who want to be part of this early exploration. From there, I’ll develop a pilot program and will be looking for companies who want to participate in that next stage. Right now, this is about curiosity and discovery — not a finished product.

Experience it first. Then explore where it fits.
This isn’t about implementing a program. It’s about a group of willing, curious people practicing 5GD — personally and professionally — and discovering together what it means in a workplace context.
Participants read the book and begin the practice.
Everyone starts by experiencing 5GD for themselves — making five intentional decisions each day, aligned with their own goals and vision.
The group explores together what emerges.
Through conversation and shared reflection, participants discover how 5GD applies in your specific workplace — what it means for the team and the decisions that matter most.
A pilot program takes shape.
What I learn from these early explorations will inform a structured pilot program — developed with real companies, not just for them.
